A Coaching Analytics Platform Redesign For NHL Coaching Staff

Overview

Working with the National Hockey League (NHL) through SCADpro, I had the opportunity to lead a team of amazing graduate and undergraduate students through a full analytics platform redesign for the NHL, built around usability and information hierarchy to turn dense, data-heavy tools into a clearer, decision-ready experience. I managed the project and worked hands-on with UX design and research. With our team of designers, researchers, writers, and motion and video specialists, we dove deep into how AI-assisted and AI-driven approaches could change how complex data insights are surfaced for professional users.
